On 3 April 2007 Holway Cinder "Nelson" was born, one of 5 puppies, out of Holway Villa and Tauvechan Minstrel.

My desire to own another Holway puppy became true and I was happy Robert & Nic Atkinson trusted me with another one again. Nelson was one of 3 males born at Holway and the choice was not too difficult. He was the smallest one but he struck me as alert but gentle and very friendly so he was picked as our next hunting companion.

His mother, Holway Villa, is a very sound game finder and experienced picking up bitch. I was particularly attracted to Villa and her litter sisters and brothers as that litter had produced very sound and stable puppies who went to win in the fields on a regular basis.

His father Tauvechan Minstrel, owned and handled by Mike Knox, also proved to be a very good Trial dog and has already produced very good puppies in England and Germany, so my choice of getting a puppy out of such mating was an obvious one.

Nelson has already settled down very well at home in Vienna and we hope he will live up to his Holway name.
